Itinerary
- Drive to Guptkashi via Devprayag & Rudraprayag (204 km/7 hrs approx). - Upon arrival, check into the hotel. - Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
- Drive to Sonprayag (30 km/1 hr approx). - Continue to Gaurikund and start the trek to Kedarnath (21 km one way). - The route is steep with some level stretches. - Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
- After Darshan at Kedarnath Temple, trek back to Gaurikund. - Proceed to drive to Ransi (65 km/4 hrs approx). - Ransi is the starting point of the Madhyamaheshwar Trek. - Night halt at Ransi Village.
- Trek from Ransi to Bantoli via Gaundhar (6 km). - The trail is easy with a mix of descent and level walk alongside the river. - Night stay at Bantoli.
- Trek from Bantoli to Madhyamaheshwar (10 km). - The trek starts with a moderate ascent and gets tougher as you ascend through Khatra, Nanu, Moukheem, and Koon. - Night stay at Madhyamaheshwar.
- Trek back from Madhyamaheshwar to Ransi. - Drive to Chopta (40 km/2 hrs approx) for an overnight halt.
- Trek from Chopta to Tungnath (4 km) and back to Chopta. - The trail is moderate with steep climbs in some stretches, but the scenic views make it enjoyable. - After darshan at Tungnath temple, trek back to Chopta for an overnight stay.
- Drive from Chopta to Sagar (30 km/1 hr approx). - Trek from Sagar to Panar Bugyal (10 km), passing through Pung Bugyal, Mauli Karak, and Luiti Bugyal. - Night stay at Panar Bugyal.
- Trek from Panar Bugyal to Rudranath (8 km) and back to Panar Bugyal. - The trail involves a gradient path with level walk and downhill descent after Pitradhar. - After darshan at Rudranath, return to Panar Bugyal for night halt.
- Trek back from Panar Bugyal to Sagar Village. - Drive to Urgam (60 km/2 hrs approx) via Helang. - Night halt at Urgam.
- Trek from Urgam to Kalpeshwar (2 km) and back to Urgam. - Drive to Rudraprayag (110 km/3 hrs approx) for an overnight stay.
- Drive from Rudraprayag to Haridwar (162 km/6 hrs approx). - After breakfast, depart for your onward destination.
